Bad Demo Day In Milton

Not Rotary Related: But I did see it while driving one this morning. This seems to be a rather large tourist attraction in Milton. I could hardley get out of the parking lot of my work location this afternoon due to this Gravity Defying Behemouth!

Must not have had enough Bam in their DYNOMITE!!

I have worked across the road from that structure for 11 yrs.
Last Fri. at 8:45 am we stopped production in the shop and waited for the big BAM!
The earth shook beneath our feet and when we were allowed outside the dam thing was at a 30 degree angle. Since our shop was less than 300 yds away we got a good feel for the power of the charges they used. WOW, amazing it was still standing. They brought it down yesterday afternoon by weakening the foundation walls. No more eye sore or tourist attraction for Milton.

I work at NorthStar Aerospace. You are just a little further down the road across the tracks right?

Are those silo's? Looks like it.
If so I think the cement in those wall have to be about 4ft thick to avoid explosion from the gas from the corn or whatever is stored in there.
I'm not surprized it didn't drop!
