$120 per person for the three days.

You can take orion84gsl spot as he has not paid or notified me of a replacement person as was the original agreement with the original posted attendee's.

Really not much of a deal but I do not want to be stuck with owing money as I am already short $240 towards the cabin as I have prepaid and divided up the costs amongst the original 7 guys.

We also have the option of having the 4th night sunday at 50% off. Monday at the gap is empty!!!

I'm out guys, my car wont be ready and I cant get time off.

I'm trying to get Modified Mag's engine built and in the RX-8 for the event. I believe Dave Pratte and Peter from Modified will be making to drive this year.

^Just trip Dave so he hurts himself again and can't go. Then you can cover the event for the magazine again.

So time is coming very near.

Meeting point?
Contact numbers?

Leaving wednesday the 17th extremely early! Any ideas on where to meet.

Also for those who said they were going and are not when are you going to pay or find me a replacement person as I am out a few hundred already paying for the cabin.

That comment wasn't directed to you. It was because of the original agreement that the place was booked/costs divided amongst the individuals who said they were going to go. It should not be up to me to pay $1000 for a cabin, divide it up amongst people only to have a few not go or pay up and then to chase the extra money down with the people who did end up going or for me to look for other people to go. Last year we were short on people and the costs had to be divided amongst people who were there but we were saved some damage because one night a few other members jumped into the cabin.

Mute point as it will probable even out but it still pisses me off from last year. Am I bitching enough

And yes your right. Wednesday the 18th.

Awesome! This is looking good. I still have to talk to the GF and see if she wants to go or not. I know she was interested in doing some white water rafting and stuff while we are there.

Hey Ian, don't worry about the border crossing this year. I called ahead and told them you are bringing some fine Canadian honey.

And Rick, make sure you have all your paperwork in order when you try to sell your right-hand drive in the US. Those border guards love that ****.

(Sorry I won't be joiniung you all this year. You make me jealous.)

Good to see some of the diehards still making it.
I'll make sure to reserve some time for next year. Things are too tight now, and I need to ICUs getting out of this debt I found myself in.

Can you believe I still haven't gotten the car on the road yet??? Time is always against me.

Getting psyched she back together and had her coming out a few days ago. Just a couple of things to get done. Interior Buzzzzzzzer that will not shut up (Hope it's just something to do with the Clifford) and off to Brent for a tune as Marco's has a line-up again from what I've heard.

Ok guys PM me your contact information and I will make a sheet for everybody containing our numbers in case of emergency/lost folks. I will also include some resort directions in case we really get separated. Has not happened yet but you never know.

Also we will be leaving very early and looks like the best place to meet is at the border if not in the US side. Probable niagara falls border around 7:30 am? Its important to miss the rush traffic and be able to see the Blue Ridge Skyway in the light.

It will be a 10 hr drive from my place to the Tip of the Blue Ridge parkway (Front Royal North entrance $15 cover charge) We are going to have to leave early.

Then its like a 16+hour drive following the Blue ridge parkway to Bryson City.

Options.
-Who wants to do this route.
-Do we go in two groups. Those who go direct and those who get up with the birds and pull the ulitmate drive?
-Only hit the blue ridge half way.

It will be an easy 27 hours VS 15 hours straight.

Need input that you guys are going to meet me etc otherwise I'm winging it...

Minimum one night stay on the way down and up for me. Not worth the abuse. rather stay in a hotel and be rested. Two years ago the drive straight back hurt!

P.S. There will be 4 people without beds. Don't forget to bring a Cot or something. there is room for two people on the coach. Beds were made available for those who registered first.
