Setting a fast lap on the course with other people on the track is tricky..
High 31's seems about right... If not a bit lower...

Alot of the time it depends on what type of car you get... There are some in the field that are just horrible... no top end and no low end... so you end up being a pylon..

Shifter carts would definately be alot of fun.. but that requires you to participate in an actual official race... can't be putting your own kart on the track and having the other people run the standard karts... That wouldn't be fair..

So next weekend at Kartways??

Lates,

Hey Daryl im glad to hear that you had a good time, you've got my best time beat! my over all best time is 33.55, anyway it sounds like the meet will be on saturday the 09th. now i just have to come up with a reasonable time for the meet, any suggestions are exceptionable.

Those times are pretty good. My time was 2 years ago and the track is a bit different now. it is a bit faster now.

For sure Neo .. It's gonna be fun.. It would be great just to bring ONE shifterkart onto the track, or maybe two.. and then you race the clock, not the stockers. THAT would be a challenge.

Junior - I wasn't **** talking .. I was just posting the times to compare.. and yeah, it does suck with girls on the track. Hell.. my friend is a guy, and it sucks to be behind him. He runs a low 36... lol.. and he likes to cut into the corners and block the faster person. BTW, I got your times and the others from a different post. I wanted a comparison. 31.98... dayamn.. thats impressive .

Dyson, it was kickass . The funny thing is all 4 of us that went have a bruise on our *** cheek, a bruise on our left elbow, and a bruise in the middle of our back. I'm not a padded guy like some.. so hard surfaces hit bone or muscle.

Marlin, we have to get into the 31's man. I know I can go pretty decent through the S hairpins, and the sweeping hairpin.. But those are the areas that I need to improve to drop the lap time down. Anyone can drive fast around the wide straights..

ok this sucks. I can run 33.5's consistently all night long, but how the hell do I shave 1.5 seconds off my time?
I'm going to be going to formula again soon, I will post the day and time if others want to come for some fun.
