White Vert Project

Hey guys well I decided to create a build thread to share the progress with my car. Well let me start off by my name is Kevin, im 17, and this is my first car. I got it last summer and been slowly adding stuff to it. Bought the car for 950$ at this auction place, got pretty lucky lol. Only problem it was salvage due to vandalism to the top.

First got it.

Gutted the back.

Replacing the top.

KYB AGX on custom sleeves/spring. Ghetto coils lol

Cat made a huge difference with passing smog.

What spring rate are your coils? I know when i had AGX's with coilovers the shocks adjustment became useless with my stiff springs.

I just bought one of those

Hey sweet car. I just bought a 1990 vert that is completely cherry. But the old owner said he thinks the engine coolant seals are shot. I haven't played with it yet. Hopefully today I can get to it.

I know this is gonna be an awesome build based solely on the music from your video. Respect. Good luck with the build. Verts are killer.

Haha I would if there was anything worth talking about. It's my dd and it's getting all the tlc it needs, but it's nowhere near the scale of yours or the other builds on here. It's nothing special. I'll probably post some pics of it on my page though just so I have them.

Yeah it seems like everyone is doing crazier and crazier builds, but over a longer period of time. I'm excited to see where yours goes, as well as a few others I'm watching intently haha
