skfury's 1990 GTU build

Hello, my name is Matt. I recently acquired a 1990 GTU. It has 50k on the motor. The body is a bit rough but I got the car for a steal. Im planning on doing widebody over fenders, new widebody front fenders and a seaway body kit. More importantly I'm planning a 13brew swap in the near future. The car may not be pretty but I love it. Here are a few pics of how she sits now. It will be changing steadily over the next several months. The only thing Ive really done so far is an HKS intake and a RB exhaust.

Its essentially an fc2000 knock off kit. Its made by VIS which I have had luck with fitment from in the past.

do the aftermarket fenders come like that? I am fairly new to the fc game and was looking into purchasing the aftermarket wide fenders, but it looks to me that you definitely need a front bumper that matches up with the fenders (not saying your car, but in general)

These fenders are made for the body kit that I have. They usually come regular but because my aftermarket bumper(not installed at the moment) has the wrap around that covers the holes on the side the dont have the fender extension

Yea, If I were you I would look at B-magic. They generally have decent prices and fitment isnt horrific. They may take a little work but almost all of them do.

I'm hoping to maybe pick up something similar to what you've got that will also need a lot of body work. Can't wait to see how it turns out. I bet it'll be real nice.

Luckily the body work I need done is easily taken care of. Im doing rear over fenders, new front fenders and a fc2000 knock off body kit. I have a few spots of rust to take care of but Its easily sanded down and welded up. I dont want to have any bondo in my vehicle. This car also has hella headlights which Im not fond of at all. But my current body kit and headlights will be for sale very soon for a cheap price. Its not in great condition and Im not even sure what type of kit it is. It is duraflex but thats really all it has going for it. Im trying to source all of my parts for my 13brew swap which is the most important thing to me at the moment. Im also looking for some crown vic wheels but had no luck at pull a part.
