Does anyone have experience with the fit/finish of Origin Aero kits? I'm really liking the Origin Stream for my FC.

Stuff for the turbo addition is still piling up. I read that the Klotz Benol is good for an E85 premix.
-walbro 450
-fuel line/gauge/filter (10micron)
-manifold/turbo gaskets
-chrome and gold vinyl
-NRG steering hub adapter
-super ridiculous custom steering wheel on order

I also acquired some Schroth 6-pointers. So, now I'm in search of seats, brackets, harness bar...

It's crazy how things add up.

I'm working on stripping and polishing my drift spares today. This is NOT fun.

I've found that 3 to 4 applications of the stripper is needed to get the wheel completely naked.

Use eye protection and wear long sleeves, as the brushing away of old material flings the stripper onto exposed skin.

I'll post a photo of a polished wheel later on today.

I'm hoping to polish as much as I can. I'm about 3/4 of the way done. The lips and faces are getting pretty shiny.

So far...

It took about 20min per wheel to get them to this point. I'd like to hit them a few more times, in hopes of really bringing a good shine to the surface.

Also, my oil seals went out, so I've been mulling over engine options for a while. It is decided that I'm going to take my n/a S5 motor to GarageLife in LA. I'm hoping that they can build and tune it for a responsive 300 wheel torque.

I thought that I had it all figured out. Then, I changed my mind.

This is my daughter, unwrapping my new 13B rew! I bought it from an importer on eBay.

Let's throw a single turbo on it and see what happens!

It's ridiculous how convoluted the stock twin setup on the FD is.

The Duraflex Bsport came in from Extreme Dimensions!

Due to the poor availability of decent side-feed injectors, I'm switching to top-feed. I ordered these from Banzai. They were inexpensive and shipped quickly.

As I love chewy Spree, I also ordered a 4lb bag on Amazon. Also, satisfied.

Austin, you finish your raggedy piece. I'll worry about mine. Then we can meet in Texas and destroy them together.

I'm such a procrastinator. I've had no motivation.

I ordered an fd to fc crossmember from Angel Motorsports. I believe that they actually have it made by Street Faction. Apparently, it takes 3 months to make, powder coat and ship a measly crossmember. I'm a little pissed.
