I made a mistake when building the ITB setup, not enough room for a heatshield between the tps bracket and exhaust, only way i can see of fixing it it to bend the manifold upwards. I'm not shure what i'm going to do, but i'm considering just running a modified 6 port lim and just take my time making the next version of the itb, and not rush it like i did this time.
Need to get it back on the road so i don't loose all my motivation.

Mounted the new engine, it runs fine. When i was out running in the engine, i hit a bit of ice on the road with some water on top and went into the guard rails on the other side. So i parked the car and bought a DD, a Mitsubishi carisma (boring car wich i'm not going to start throwing money into).
Checked the front suspension and steering, everything seems to be in good condition, i also changed from 4-5bolt hub's in the front, easyer to find wheels with 5*114,3 than 4*114,3.

Straightened out both front fenders today, considering using the car as a track only car, if i do that the fenders are good enough, just needs som sanding, bondoe and paint.

troubleshooting sucks
hello my neighbour from norge! cool build nice that your getting it all back to one colour again! you seem very quick at whipping engines in and out as well =) i noticed that you had block off plates on both of your engines. was that your acv? im really having trouble working it out from everything on the net cos i have a swedish-sold s4 n/a seems to have minor differences compared to the american versions. i put up a pic on my thread.

Got plates back on the car, atleast for a couple of months, feels great driving it around again
Ran a little rich, around 10 AFR. I have adjustet it a little and it now runs around 12 AFR at idle, and runs good enough now for me to get it to a friend with a dyno, so i can get it properly tuned and see what kind of power i will have to play with
Also got some tires, hope it doesn't rain at the track day in three weeks time
