new 87 t2 build!
new 87 t2 build!
hello, after 3 long years of looking for another t2, I have finally come across another suitable running and driving turbo 2 that is going to be perfect for my build. the target for my build is going to be a solid 450hp track/street car. I have some questions wither the parts and direction I'm going is in the right one.
mods:
fresh rebuild(resurface coating ect. with oem 2mm apex seals)
large streetport(using mazdatrix templates)
rotary works v mount kit
rotary works t4 manifold
cx racing t4 gt35 turbo(.68 a/r turbine) I want a fast spool but to hold good boost throughout
550 primary 1100 secondary(recommended brand?
warlbro 450 pump
full poly bushing kit(mostly done already)
brake rebuild
and either a haltec or apexi power fc
are these mods suitable? I'm kinda trying to go overboard, everything rated for more power then I want.

Try looking at the Haltech’s series fully terminated with connectors. This will save you the aggravation of connections and wiring and old harness issues.
Based on my experience buy the best stuff you can up front. Do it right the first time.
