Is there any way to tell what type of tranny I have by looking at it? And/or whether it is LSD or not?

 

Im sure you have the na trans but you can tell if its a turbo trans if It has the two bolts on the side of the gear housing where you add the gear oil, and the one 24mm drain bolt on the bottom.The na trans only has one fill bolt on the side, and the one drain bolt on the bottom. As for the lsd I think you can search your vin on one of the forums tools and it will tell you if it came from the factory an lsd. Assuming its the factory rear end. Ive heard some say to do a burnout to see if you have lsd but im not sure how much truth there is in that method nor do I remember the signs that a lsd ia present lol
