Nice car but is your oil pressure sender broken? Since my front plate o-ring vanished last year i'm becoming a bit nervous when it comes to strange oil pressure gauge readings. Could end very bad.

Fusa hasn't been put on yet. Im redoing my interior ATM so when it's finished I will hang it up

@thomas- I disconnected it about a year ago. When I got the car it always wiggled so I just did what I did. I change oil every 3 weeks anyways so no need for the oil pressure anyways.

You're right about it not being linear though...it'll sit at 1/2 till temps reach about 215° or so and if it goes higher, you're getting in trouble.

I think it's ridiculous that people depend on either the S4 or S5 water temp gauge when a real gauge is so cheap (VDO Vision series w/ sensor is @$35).

I only know because I sat and watched my rtek as the temps rose so I could see for myself.

I actually had a vdo gauge, but it was mechanical so I sold it.
Sorry to hijack! I read the whole thread and every post. You made me realize how badly I need coilovers and wheels. But I just spend too much on college to afford anything right now.

So basically you guys are saying this is too hot for an S5? It's always been at this point. I'll go buy an aftermarket gauge ASAP.

Cool, jap or euro-spec?

Anyways, mine sat at 1/2 untill I fiddled with it when making my own faces, then it started to go 1/4 of the way, done it since. But I'd rather have a gauge going to the middle, easier to notice when it is where it is supposed to, and more are to go on to see exactly how warm it is compared to how warm it should be

Anyways, nice car, mate, would love to have a coupe, I really hate having two seats, even tho all jap cars with rear seats are really for amputees. How did you do the doors with suede? Can you post a quick how-to? I would love to do something like that to my dashboard and the vinyl parts on the doors, I hate that fugly grey color I got in my ancient S4!

Dude that sucks I feel for you man. If there's one thing I can't stand it's thieves. You work your *** off to pay for something and they just come and ******* steal it. ******* scumbags contribute nothing to society. And they're probably haters. Good luck bro.

a win for the community

First things first I have a story to tell for those who remember me and those who don’t. One week ago a fellow member of the RX seven club forum messaged me on my personal phone in that message he stated hey I think I found your rims that were stolen! are these them? it’s been six years since They have been stolen so I was not looking for anything really but anyways I did a little more research and in fact they were my rims!!!
so today on this very day. I wanted to thank this individual for helping bring these rims home you are the best !!!
