Driveshaft, rear diff/axles and all? I'd also look around for the 5 lug swap too.

I'm swapping everything..... brakes, wheel hubs, etc. Swapping the auto trans for manual too.

There is so much to be done! I'll probably be doing most of the suspension work at home to save money. Just getting the engine, turbo, ecu wiring and such done at the shop as I lack the experience in that area.

I've been dreaming about building up this rx7 for a while now. So happy to finally have enough financial flexibility to get it done.

There's a lot to be done, so I'm trying to find deals where I can. I've got someone ready to tow the car to the shop in exchange for an old mountain bike sitting in my garage.

Weather was nice yesterday, so I decided to remove more crap. Not a very productive evening..... vacuum broke and the driver seat rail bolts are rusted lol. Poured some CLR on the bolts and will try to remove them today. Also got the driver door panel off to install the new glass, but the damn vacuum went out.... I need it to get all the broken glass out of the door. Oh well, I'll get it fixed shortly

Small update-

I got the driver side seat out. The last bolt had some serious rust and would not budge. Ended up just cutting the rail where that bolt was. I will be getting some new seats later anyway.

Also, got the driver side window installed. That should keep the squirrels, rats, and rain out

The shop is finishing up a car that has to be shipped out of the country shortly; they will put my engine together right after. All the parts are there

If everything goes according to plan, I'll be towing my car there the week after next for install.

But the really concerning question is- did you get a new vacuum?

And what are your plans for the intercooler? Are you going to keep the stock top mount, or are you going to try and keep the original hood and put it elsewhere?

Ahahahha! Yes, I did get a new vacuum

I plan to go with a FMIC and keep my original hood. The shop owner and I spoke briefly about turbo options. Thinking a borg warner setup (don't recall the turbo model he mentioned) to achieve my 350whp goal on low boost.

I also need to choose an ECU.
