You're going to want to remove your struts and replace them with pipe. Then weld your differential. Then buy some really high tread wear rating tires. Then get one of those little buttons that replaces the parking brake release button. Then get a really gawdy body kit, install it and don't paint it. Then take an axe to the body kit. Fix it with zip ties.

Please, show us a picture of your TII FD.

to clerify, your car is an fc not an fd. also start a thread or ask a mod to move this one to the drifting subforum under the racing section. the guys here are too imbred and ignorant to offer any actual advice.

Whoa whoa... easy with the D-baggin.

You know it's all true though. With the exception of the pipe struts, that's pretty much what 90% of all people who want to drift their cars do.

And hell, the pipe struts aren't that far off from the truth anyways.

yeah bro, theres a drift section with a couple of threads similiar to this one. pop in there, give those a read and then ask questions about what you dont understand. if you have a tII then just find the nearest place that has drift events, register, and go drive. so i guess what im trying to say is, go read, then go drive, then figure out what your car needs to suit your style. unless your style is gay then just copy somebody cool. fabricatedmotorsports.com has great events in mineral wells texas which is 5 hours from you, the events are cheap, the instructors are plentiful, the courses are wide open and you can go 100 plus into the first turn usually.

You forgot to mention stretched tires. 205wide on a j9 will work </sarcasm>

F1 cars have class. And although they may not have much for suspension, they go around corners faster than any drift ****.

Look! I can post a pic of a crash too!

I think you going to want a smaller turbo first off, t88 seems too laggy for a drift setup, you're going to want more response until you figure the car out. Just get some dtss eliminators and coilovers from like pbm or stance and go have fun.

drift list:
pbm coilovers - i have these and they are a beauty for drifting
rebuilt 1988 gxl lsd - this is the best one out of all model lsd
steering angle kit - get pass the under steer
staggered tires - i prefer fatter in the front. when i drift i run 16x9 front 16x8 rear.
alot more little **** you need but this is some obvious important stuff.
im not to sure on your engine since i drifted a AE86 and a N/A FC.

My first suggestion is to stop lying. Nobody here will be impressed by it.

Secondly, if you decide to continue to fib at least do proper research on what you're claiming.

Also... post pics and just drive. Driving at events is the best mod you can do to your car.
