Thumbs up First build! S4 N/A to S5 TII street/track

Hello my fellow rotor peeps! This is gonna be my first build thread hope you guys enjoy!

SO! i have a 1986 N/A FC. ive had her for about three years or so, it was originally my brothers but he decided to get married wich made it hard for him to keep this thing around and it killed him to see it sit. Long story short he handed me the keys, since ive always been in love with this car. So here we are.

This year i decided to sink a S5 TII in her. I wanted to wait till ive made some progress on it before i made a thread. I work as a heavy equipment operator in construction so i work full time long days so i dont have alot of time to always be working and posting about it, and this is my first build so bear with me! Its going to be my weekend/track car (mostly track).m still learning lots about these cars even though ive loved em for a long time. so any tips are much appreciated!

My Plans:
S5 TII motor/tranny (streetport if money permits)
3"turbo back
rtek 1.7 (and requirements needed, injectors, fuel pump etc.)
and whatever is need to reach my goal of 300HP or more. but well take er one at a time
suspension upgrades blah blah i wont bore you ill talk about it when we get there LOL.
strip/remove what ever is unnecessary for weight reduction.

thats pretty much the back bone for this build, list will increase as i dig deeper into it.

I will post pics soon im having a hard time for some reason posting photos. any idea why? :/.. hope you guys enjoy!

cool! good luck with your build mate. the only advice i can really give you considering that im learning myself is take however much money you think you will need for the project, then double it. it seems to work that way for me anyway hehe =) SUBSCRIBED!

well its about time i can post something on here!! went out last weekend and got some goodies! may wonder why i have a front clip and the motor separate.. Well i originally went to look at one clip with everything in it, go to check compression, its seized, no good! so the guy gave me a deal i got a empty clip and got to choose my motor and tranny! so overall im very happy. still lots to do before she goes in.. one at a time.
gonna be doing some work to her tmro hope ill have more to post

So i was able to work on the car again yesterday and good progress was made! stitch welded the seams in the bay, and painted looks awesome! I actually went with a truck bed liner. like it or hate i dont really care I saw it on a datsun 510 and i loved it. little bit heavier yes, but durable and i just like the look. Besides im no pro time attacker :p

so here are a couple pics
