Only one pic shows on the vmount for me as well. As for the lip, it will probably be banged up if you drive on the street much at all. You can probably fit it a much better when you have something to mount the back side on in the engine bay (undertray?).

Ok, I'll fix the pics. Yeah I'm thinking mounting it to the Vmount ducting will solve the lip issue.

Obviously the IC end tanks will be redone and the Koyo will need a few modifications.

And I think you did your FTP's like I was thinking about doing. Audii-style LED surrounding it? Hows it look in person?

Mark make sure you have the guys IF they are going to rebuild this Vmount kit for the FC, tell them to just go easy with the drivers side pipe and keep the AC/PS. Too many kits don't get sold because people don't want to get rid of one or the other for various reasons. Lookin good so far

Not really. Been waiting forever for a new engine harness for my microtech. I think now is the time to make the jump to that ECU I want that will support my future plans.

I'm told the car will be ready for my tune on June 6-7 though.

Im inside just looking on my computer when i could be doing something with my 7. But seriously Juiceh the car looks sick and by the time the car is done all the work will certainly pay off, and the $$$$$.

When do builds of this nature ever come through on time? Theres always another performance part you wanna squeeze on there before it's finalized.

A build of this magnitude really shouldnt have a "date"... Like my build (complete down to chassis) is going to take 3 months... But who really knows.

I don't know, if he isn't done by next summer, I might have to visit him and give him a nice swift kick in the ***** for all of us.

OK i have finally read through this entire thread. Man that is one crazy trip and a bad *** looking car. I would love to see how much to make those FTPs and tails, i would love a set of those. Even if the car is not done, that is one sweet ride.

The story of this build in one sentence...

Prices of the LEDs have gone down a little bit. The LED spotlights and strips would cost about that for both sides total now. But that doesn't include switches, wiring & modding the FTP housings.

Here's a small clip of just some of the things that have been done since the last update. This is not current though.

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/vT5nWVLVbU0&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/vT5nWVLVbU0&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

I'm going out of the country at the end of the week, for a week. I'm gonna try to get a more current video posted by then.

Everything is pretty much done. Only thing we're waiting on are the sweet couplers to be able to finish off the inter cooler piping. The goal is to be done and make an appearance at the August 1st D1 event here in Chicago at Soldier Field.

I still gotta take care of some interior stuff and lighting too.

Here are some pics I took a few weeks ago.

Here you can see my new turbo manifold. Sean redesigned it and gave me slightly longer runners than I had before.

^yes I know the DP has some rust on it... I'm trying to convince Sean to eventually make me a 4 inch setup.

Some of the ducting:

Here are a couple recent pics of the completed gass fillup tube. Sorry I didn't have the flash on. Didn't take more recent pics of the engine bay but its pretty much buttoned up, just need to finish the IC work.

Heres a pic with the IC and hood over it. The hole in the hood is pretty much perfect for the size my IC already was. After the D1 event I'll pull the IC off and have it hard anodized black.
