my problem is i have used 2 frount irons with the same problem . the #3 tension bolt hole has pulled the threads out now this has happend after i chased all the threads in both housings , with no problems in any of the other holes . Its just number 3 hole tried useing a bolt out of another hole with the same problem . so now what do i do ?

 

install a healicoil

 

or run one of the longer lower left tension bolts. the stock bolts only use up about 1/3 of the threads in the front iron.
