Lol ... impatient people
Well I have my first prototype of the bracket almost done on CAD now, I"m just finalizing a few things on there and I'll have it sent out to be cut out and tried out.
I was wondering if somebody could help me with something though to make my life a little easier. I believe there is spacers that go on the front cover to make it the same height as the iron on the block (where the AC bracket would sit). If anyone has one of those spacers laying around can you please measure that up? Also if anyone has a spare one of those brackets laying around and would be willing to ship it up to me that would be great also.
Thanks in advance!!!
Also I'm considering going to the dyno one last time before I retire it in NA form and see if I've now hit that 170whp that I've always wanted out of it

If all goes well with this supercharger I have a client of mine that is interested in supercharging his Austin Martin DB9, I have another guy possibly interested with another setup.
PS: Did you get my text message? Not sure if you can get those or not.

I want him to start a new thread when he actually starts
putting it together.
All the good information will be in a nice thread,
not intermingled with (currently) 5 pages of
mostly useless information like:
- "I want one too!"
- "Good Luck"
- "I cant Wait!"
- "Where'd you get it?"
- "I'll be watching this!"
- "What is it?"
- "It hasn't arrived yet"
- "still waiting on UPS"
and so on.

I would rather re write it up later ... but until then id like to keep this one going. I do normally reference old threads with new ones with the link being in the first post.
the full install won't be done till spring. I still need to fabricate the fuel tank , change the firmware on the ecu, possibly get the new injectors ... so doing a new thread now won't be complete till then and would still be filled up with the same thing.

Alright well here's the first pulley made for it, there will be a couple of things that need to be modified for the second one. First of all, it needs to go in deeper (about 1/4" for warranty purposes through rotrex). Secondly the holes where the bolts go through since we didn't have a 6mm drill on hand is .05mm smaller than what I'd like and is a bit too snug to get the bolts in, they will go in all the way right now but might aswell make it work better. Thirdly, it will be going on a diet, this one was just for testing purposes so the next one could be about 1/2 the weight of this one.
The finished product will have a much better finish and will probably have an anodized color on there.
Here's the pictures of this one though:

1) Must be a direct bolt on to the stock position (Stock filler neck, stock mounting points)
2) Properly baffled to do any long sweeping or really high g tight turn(right and left) without any fuel cut with minimal fuel in the tank
3) All aluminum construction
4) The top of the tank must accept both in tank and external fuel pumps. The intank will be design will be around the Bosch 044 pumps.
6) Must be designed in a manner that I can also mass produce
5) Maybe also incorporate better heat shielding between the exhaust and the tank (thinking about even doing a double walled tank with ceramic wool in between the inner and outer wall)
