Hey I got a question. I have a 79 rx7 and a 84 wire harness available. The car will be stock 79 12a rebuild. Holley carb with Holley intake rb exhaust and so on. I want to install a computer on it tho I want to have a electric fan and the dash digital. I was thinking of using a American autowire power plus 20 kit but I won't do it if I can't connect a ecu. I was thinking of a mega squirt for it. What was the stock ecu used for? I'm not planning on having any of the emission crap on it. Oh and what kind of suspension and brakes should I go with?

 

No emmisions no ecu needed.
