Restarting Build

It’s been a long time. Looks like I will be able to get my build back up and running again. It’s been around 10 years from when I started to get my parts to convert to single turbo with the goal of hitting 400 + rwhp. The difference now is I will (have someone) rebuild the engine with most likely large street port.

I have to go go over all my parts so far, most likely look at updated parts like FC black box, fuel pump ideas on build.....

I definitely need to get to get some help on local shops to Orange County California that provide great service on engine building, fabrication and tuning. I’ll have to get with them on parts I have develop a build plan and see about body work like front bumper, hood, side skirts under panel and possible repait.

Any help you guys can provide will be greatful.

Hoping to have this build started by May.

Good luck on the build, brotha! You and I are in the same boat -- mine's been in hibernation for almost 14 years now.

I'll be bringing my motor to DNA Garage at the end of the month for a half bridge. They're based in Santa Ana -- basically your neighbor.

Thanks. It’s been about 11 years for me. DNA is not to far for me. I’ll have to do some research on them. I believe there is another Rotory shop in Santa Ana as well that seemed to have decent reviews back in the day. I’ll have to see if they are still around. Then there was 1 or 2 in Long Beach that had good reviews 10 years ago.
