After work today I installed the power flex bushings. I also installed grease zerks into the suspension arms to make greasing much easier. I also cut grooves into the bushings to help spread the grease evenly inside the bushing. I then installed the front suspension back in the car.

Did you put new grease in and boots on the ball joints while you were at it?

No I did not. I did not want to remove the rubber seal from the joints. I also think it is not really necessary because my car has fairly low mileage and the boots are not torn, also, I honestly wanted to get the suspension back together and re assembled.


Only for a little while, we have a mod on this forum that wanted to play a joke on me and impress his cronies.

Ok here is johns completed manifold you guys are going to see it before he has! We still have to cut the dump tubes once the car is on the ground and also finish the downpipe

Because I am switching EMS I installed a FFE trigger wheel. I upgraded to the hall effect sensor as well. I am happy with the quality of the product and packaging thus far. The pulley is just siting on the hub.

That trigger system is really nice man. Can't wait to see the P2000 in action before I get mine..

 

Full Function Engineering has got to be one of the most helpful companies i've dealt with during my entire build. I can't say enough about how nice and helpful they've been! I'd like to move to Haltech sometime in the next year or so as well!
