It was scheduled for me to pick it up November 6th, but I actually received a call this afternoon Saying that they just got done with the dyno tuning and its ready to go!!! I'll be heading up to Garland tomorrow around 8:30, and I'll be driving it back to expedite the break in process!

Mini Update!

Car is back and it is GLORIOUS! The guys at RP are amazing and communicate perfectly when you want to be left in the loop. I only have pics of the exhaust installed and random rolling shot coming back from Garland. I made 293whp which isn't crazy, but enough to make a few cars scratch their heads when I pass them while playing cat and mouse!

My parting gift from Rotary Performance! Really nice guys that still don't hesitate to answer my questions when I ask.

Quick question guys: What is the thread pitch of the wholes that you use to bolt down the seat back of the rear seat? They are in the trunk/cargo area for location reference. Thanks!

You referring to the brackets that are mounted on the shock towers of JDM cars that US cars do not have?

If so, there are two "dimples" on the shock tower. I drilled out and used two 10mm on each side. I have pics if this is what you are talking about.

No the holes are there, but in the US car holes are blocked with a little grommet. I want the thread pitch of those holes on the floor pan part of the cargo area.

Can you post a pic?

Now I'm confused at which area you're taking about.

I used regular 10mm bolts to fasten the rear seat brackets in. I have a "how-to" on installing rear seats too if that would help.

Will do.

Hope your garage is lit more than just a garage door opener light :p.

Lip looks nice.

Nope... That's it on the light. It will eventually get lighting, and flooring. But I'm in no rush.

Lol "winter" is right...

So I made a little bit of progress on the car as well as my garage over the past two days. I built a word table and also hung tire racks on the wall to get my stocks and enkei rpf1s off of the ground. And this morning I went ahead an installed my Nardi steering wheel and RE column pod instead of the Efini.

I was fortunate that the cheapo hub I bought allowed me to keep the clock spring so that I could wire in my cruise control as well as horn properly. Now I just need to find a place to mount my cruise control buttons.

If any of you are doing this anytime soon, don't forget your resistors for the airbag light.

They come in pairs and what you can do is solder them together, then wrap them in electrical tape and foam to reduce vibration.

I snapped this last quick pic at work... There are about 10 of us total with questionable daily drivers lol. What we're missing is a 91 MR2, 2006 Evo MR, 05 red S2000, 91 skyline GTS, and legit civic Type R and integra Type R. Can't complain about the people I work with at the end of the day....

The water heater is out in the garage!?!?

But I was going to get some rim racks. They help clean the garage up nicely

Yeah, they remove it from the living area since it's gas instead of electric. As for the racks... I love em!
