Off Season testing before the aero upgrade
Rebuild the shifter with brass bushing and put amemiya Hevey shifter
Change old hks foam filter to new one , I really consider to upgrade K&N next time
Old hks filter just attract too much dirt..,.,,

where did you get the brass bushing and is the bushing the only thing you replaced during the shifter rebuild?

You may want to first try rotating the rotors manually to rule out a seized engine. That's how I killed mine, spirited track driving

Did some more testing improve another 2 sec
To 1.52.5 as compare the 996 cup car run between1.50 to-1.52ish at same track
I still have problem on the brake bias , will replace the caliper at this off season
Love my endless brake pad very strong bite !!
Think to upgrade to endless 2 peace rotor too

Here are my video morning testing that I get
1.52
Jdm endurance race car
Stock engine . Boost about .8kg
Motec M4
On Endless zeal suspension front 28kg rear 22

Stock brake with endless brake pad

Ings aero

I think with better brake bias ,I can get to 50

Nice!

You may want to consider a transmission brace. The shift **** is moving around quite a bit as the drivetrain gets loaded and unloads. That should make shifting easier, decrease chance of mis-shifts and decrease the chance of hurting the internals.

Maybe some poly engine and diff mounts too - if you don't already have them.

Man compare to cup car , RX-7 is such better car , but Porsche is challenGe to drive and will feel like u are a bad *** if u have good lap time

Was going to recommend the same: new engine, transmission and diff bushings.

Thanks
The car was ST-3 endurance car from Japan
Which is pretty much stock, so my plan get the best lap time as this set up

Now I clock 1.52 , which I think is good enough for some up grade now
So during this off season I will up grade most my busing to solid one

Careful about what material you make the "solid" bushings from. If you make them out of metal for example, that could cause a lot of vibration to be transmitted through the mechanicals and loosen every nut and bolt on the engine and other parts.
