Defiantly a unique build, but those seats are perfect in there.

Hey Fortune,

Do you have HID's on your car? If so, what kit did you go with? and what type bulb is it? I'm trying to figure out my light situation right now.

The Retrofit Source online: headlight upgrades for all applications They have all kind of goodies. Never delt with them though, so I would look up a service review before ordering. It should say what kind of bulb it is right on the bulb somewhere.

I will be storing the car for the winter this week, as it is already snowing here I guess it's time. Luckily we will have sun on Wed-Thur and I'm planning to take advantage! Im going to do a really good detail before I store her and will take some final shots.

^^ Looks great. Did you remove the RX7 emblem on the strut brace before powder coating? I want to paint my strut brace but hesitating because of the emblem.

I chronicled the build, kept all my reciepts and parts build lists as well as having it appraised twice during and after build for accurate insc coverage. I compiled all of this in a Binder for my records.

Cost is very dependant on parts used, if your thinking of taking on this project do a lot of research before you start. Like most builds if you can find one completed it will be cheaper. For me though the build was the best part.

Thanks!

Think I'm going to have to do hood pins, don't want to, but it's been bugging me for awhile. Don't feel one hundred percent on the hood at speed, getting a bit of lift ect. have already done the new rubber mounts etc. to minimal improvement. Think the Aerocatch are the best option.

Took the morning off snowboarding to wake up the 7. Couldn't wait any longer now that the roads have been cleaned and swept. Started right up and sounds amazing! So I went for a quick spin.

No plans for a road trip yet as oil change etc are next, and Im still waiting on a new set of Michelin Pilot Super Sports that should arrive any day.

Definitely the best thing about snow leaving is this day.
