Man I thought I was watching this build, Love what you've done to it. I'm from south dakota and building my first fd. I'm be taking a trip up this weekend to see Elliot and get stuff squared away. Yours has gave me the need bump start to keep moving as having near same setup as you just with a 6266. Maybe I'll get the fd running and make it up this year, did Mid America motorplex last summer in my k24 crx and love road course. why I switched to the fd.

Im running 285's... they lose grip at about 6000rpm (and if you change gear to quick)

I really need to buy some newer rubber and hope that fixes my problems (going to try octogrip first)

The car looks really good man. I'm in the same boat with experience. I hope to further my knowledge of these wonderful machines and how rotarys function the way they do. I'm sure it'll all end up good in the end and you'll have one really nice car. Best of luck

I normally don't really care for red cars but that flat red looks fantastic.
I'm loving the build. Good work!
