Hey another Phoenix guy.
Tony at UMS definitely knows what he is doing so you're in good hands there, that's one of the only places I'll take my vehicles to get tuned. They may not be a rotary specific shop but they sure as hell are a jack of all trades and most of the stuff you can think of besides rotary engine rebuilds, they can handle. If you ever need an engine built there are a couple of options here as well, just need to know who to talk to.
That definitely sucks about getting ripped off on all that work... I thought I knew the names of most of the local shops around here but apparently not because I've never heard of Intense Motorsports.

Although the V-mount and the power sucked.
Iam still moving on with my dream car.
Ripped the interior out today.
This is what I got so far.

Oh congrats! You fucked up the engine now you're ******* up the interior!
...this build is going great so far - another month or two it'll be for sale as a roller.
Feels like 2005 all over again.

I *have* read lots of sad stories in these build threads for over 10 years. Check out how many start with "dreams" and end as nightmares. This section is littered with parked cars, ran out of money, other priorities got in the way, wife said no more, crashes and burns.
That said, I HAVE had my share of poor choices... like painting and powder coating things and not thinking about the *entire* package. Good thing paint can be removed and powder coating stripped down. Shoot, even engines can be rebuilt - which I'm sure you will become familiar with very soon if you stay on this path.
Do yourself a favor and research and read before you make decisions that you think are good. Every wrong decision you can possibly make has already been made - learn from it on someone elses' dime.
Good luck.

Nope. Always sold them as turn key, nothing wrong, no stories. The way cars are supposed to be. I *have* read lots of sad stories in these build threads for over 10 years. As far as the interior goes, all the red is actually 3M 1080 wrap. Very easy to remove and reapply. The old interior is very sticky and nasty. The red actually made the interior look much newer
Thanks for your advice, I think when it comes to appearance, it is just purely personal pereference

Hi there, here is some (hopefully) good advise..
First - you need to figure out exactly what you have and what parts are on your car.
Everything you currently have is "unknown", and at this stage I don't think you can take the "sellers" word for it about anything that's on the car.
The fact that it sounds like it has a single turbo and probably stock injectors really rings alarm bells of a build not done properly.
You should want to know for yourself and your own peace of mind exactly what you have...I personally could never feel secure or confident in my machine if I had no idea what parts it was running..especially if the car had serious setup problems when I got it..
First point of call would be to find out exactly what turbo you have. Don't take the sellers word for it. Once you know that, you can then size your injectors and fuel pump accordingly. Refer to Howard Coleman's threads in the single turbo section for this.
Please please please double check, yourself, what turbo that is. i.e. learn this information yourself - not from the seller..its the only way to be sure (and safe)
After you have enough fuel to run the turbo properly you can then diagnose your boost issues (wastegate / manifold etc).
IMO There is not much point in trying to sort the boost issue out until you have enough fuel, or you will just blow up your engine..
Count yourself lucky, the boost falling on its face may well have saved your motor since it sounds like you don't have the fuel to power the turbo.

You still have not posted all the modifications that are done to the car..
Have you done all the maintenance work, like fuel filter, plugs etc?
If you have money to toss at it, I can make a lot of suggestions...
Its either A) running out of fuel, B) out of ignition, or a major restriction somewhere.
Also we need a datalog of the dyno pull( ideally we want to see, intake air temp, egts per rotor, and fuel pressure) or forgot it... You will be getting a ton of people giving you answers that are a shot in the dark...
