Basically you want the dump tube to mate with the downpipe at an angle like 30 degrees or so.

Also, I think you should really re-consider the way you plumbed the inlets to the intercooler. IMHO you should space the inlets farther apart and move the outlet to the middle of the endtank. Or, listen to turblown and make the intercooler divided. A good compromise IMO wold be to split the intercooler and merge the somewhere after the outlet of the intercooler. Plus I think it would look much better.

Just my .02 cents

John

i've actually been looking at that same thing on the waste gates for the past couple days. I think i'm going to have the downpipes re-made with a better angle, plus i also forgot to add in the flex bellows on the waste gate pipes to allow some space for them to expand and contract
...it was a bit of a rush on my part because i had to get my car out of the shop before the end of january as i'll be in and out of the country for the next couple months

as for the intercooler, i've already been looking into getting a front mount core from a 350z twin turbo setup. That one has the 2 in/2 out, or possibly get a 2 in/1 out that way i won't have to make a merge at the elbow area

...but for now i just want to get the car started and make sure that it doesn't explode loll

plus the has to be ready no matter what for Hot Import Nights here in Miami

basically what i'm going to do with the headlights is as follows:

the buckets will go where they normally would, then i'll be using the stock headlight covers but cutting out the front section of them so they look like the R-Magic headlights
they will be used for the sole purpose of funneling air to the turbos and brakes

then the projectors will be going behind my new, not to be seen until its painted on the car, bumper
i have a set of 99 Spec turn signals with the backs cut off, so basically it will be 2 projectors in the position of the turn signal and DRL that are normally on the 99 spec lights

then i have 2 strips of LEDs that will be on the bottom of 99 spec lights that will be my turn signals

that way i have fully functioning headlights, wayyyyy more air flow to the turbos and brakes, and a really mean looking front end

yessir...it shouldn't be too hard to make it happen

the most difficult thing will be making the brackets to hold the projectors because they'll have to be completely dead on to make sure those projectors poke straight through the holds of the 99 spec turn signals

and that is exactly why i won't be making the brackets...thats one of those things that i've tried and i'm just not that good at so i'll hand it over to someone who is loll

that'll get done once i get the car running, tuned, and on the road...after that the car will be going to the body shop to have the bumper painted and mated up the car
