oh man, sorry to hear that. nice and simple car , and 479hp@24psi sound about normal to me with a 66mm turbo(i'm no expert).
put a bw 74mm turbo and be done with it. you'll be over 500 no doubt.

so now im being told to get the power fc that its better for road driving and getting on it here and there that microtech never gets the timing right i dont know what im gonna do i might go power fc
sorry to hear that you blew the motor, were you running 24 psi on pump fuel, ant water injection, pfc is a great ecu for street driven cars, the s366 is a great turbo.
didnt you rebuild the motor before going single turbo?

I'm no expert but I would keep the microtech, I personally don't like the clumpsy looking software. But microtech gets the job done.
I had two well known tuner tell when going single on a rotary use microtech nothing beats it

Whats your wheel and tire set up. Please include tire sizes. Nice lookng car, Sorry about the engine going pop. I Thought your very first dyno sheet looked weird with only 157 trq. but the other numbers are very impressive
just from that pic of the seal...i'd say it could be a few things...
Porting on the exhaust outlet (beveling)
The street port..catching a corner seal
Seal clearancing
but i'm not expert...
