Yeah man me and Albert took time... and then albert got the idea that if he adds stickers to his car it will give him more HP since he has no chance at our cars right now! so its a learning lesson on both sides here!

Well you know what, we will have to get Chuch to set up a bbq and get some races going down! Seeing as you barely beat mobeoner last time... get through him and then we can line it up. lol. first you stole my hood then the fenders I am getting and the wing... now your probably going to run the same turbo I got too.

While the manifold is being worked I ordered some turbo bolts online... could not find these guys in any store... I had to use a longer screw with washers to hold them in place... So I only needed 4 but I got 25... just in case!
Also another goodie I got but have yet to install are these fresh new NRG hood dampers made for carbon fiber hoods! cannot wait to get these suckers on.
Got good news the manifold is ready so it will be all going back together Thursday!!! Hope it goes well.

Got the manifold back and its welded up and sealed up... thanks a lot Joey! great work as always.
wastegate going back in too, hard as hell getting this sucker back in complete like this with the manifold and DP still on from the top of the car... but It went in.
got my HKS carbon exhaust I picked up from Theorie can't wait to get this sucker on.
Everything back in and ready to get started! took longer than expected but I changed all the nuts on the turbo and painted the turbonetics logo red!
And after a dead first pull since my battery was dead... connected it to another rx7 and....
After playing with the FPR and the Idle she is Idling like a champ! any worries I had about the motor being shot seamed to fade away. (but still should do a compression test)
She even went for a small ride around the block but taken it easy with no boost since its not all configured yet!
SOOOOO after all this I am happy as hell she is finally up and running... but There are always some glitches, and another popped up! A oil leak from the block where my feed it coming from! and hoping the smoke on the manifold is still from the oil all over the place and that I do not have leak on there too... but ITS ALIVEEEE!!!!!!

been lazy with the car now that its getting cold! I have not yet fixed the oil leak and my battery died again. =(
Took a shot from the back, happy my interior is almost all there.
and no more bed sheet to cover my stuff in the trunk. finally got a cover, but a boss one, but better than a bed sheet.

Nice build man, the car's changed a lot since you first bought it. I'm curious about your choice of an FMIC over one mounted on top, was there a specific reason for that or did you like the look better?

1- I got a great deal on the set up so I could not pass it down.
2- Yeah it does look cooler so I did want a FMIC instead of a V-mount or stock mount.
3- I have seen vmounts sake up so much space that its hard to get much air into the turbo and I know I got a big one so It needs some air! And yes the front mount does take up the whole front, but I have room for air intake passages to get there.
4- V-mounts are not usually a bolt (unless they are the expensive ones) on and I did not want to have that much more work!
