Ark's oem minty chaste white build

Havent had an rx7 for a while, especially a rotary one for a bit I decided I needed another one.

I've owned a few Turbo2 swapped convertible fc's and the last one being an ls1 swapped coupe.

So I ended up picking up this Chaste White FD in Florida in November 2015.
Black interior, low mileage, 60k, fresh paint, no rust.

99 spec bumper and lights.
Koni Yellows and RB springs
Greddy Titanium catback
Some sort of intake.

Just finished the Ohlins install, next plan is to redo the rest of the suspension, finish interior and alarm. Mount the Work Meisters when they come in. I'm waiting on the seats to be redone and have the Greddy Vmount kit, Sakebomb HID's, door handle on order. Still need to order a carbon oem lip, feed style sideskirts, rear diffuser from shine and a 99 spec wing with the carbon fiber insert.

I like cars that have a bit of everything done, but are not over done so they are still enjoyable, that is the goal for this and hoping to have this car done by spring time funds and time permitting.

That's a pretty cool old-school SMIC setup. The intake is RE Amemiya. Good luck with the build.

Car's coming along awesome

Those seats just look stunning. I saw them in person last time I was at ESH and they inspired me to go searching for my own Spirit R seats to have some Edwards Bros loving' worked on them

If you're on the hunt for some different (non-chrome) combo lights for the front bumper let me know, I have a few pair squirreled away in my collection

Very nice, the wheels look amazing on the car! When you say you had them re-barrelled, were they made wider or what changed? Who did the work?

I have 3-piece wheels on my car that need another round of refurbishment .

I had them made smaller, because these came off a widebody car. The work was done by VR Wheels WebStore, Presented By VR Motoring . New forged lips were about $200 a lip plus shipping there and back.

Very nice. I would go back to black plastic lip. Once you scrape that lip, the white paint will come off and will look like crap.

The white ones look so good because of the black accents.

In my personal opinion the painted lip only works if you have the OEM side skirts to keep the lines going. The front lip looks a bit out of place to me.
