Almost wish I had the money for a ps1k, but then again I don't think I'll ever use half the features lol

Going to work on wiring in those 4 wires today and work on the relays.

here are the four main screens. I set them up according the the haltech quick start guide

It's getting there, spent most of the day with the other lady haha. Got mostly everything rewired. Most of the time has been cleaning up. starting to lose track of tools etc. The only one I'm stuck on is the 3d wire. That plug (yellow 16pin) is still attached to the stock harness. Or did I miss read the connector diagram?

She runs! can't get the video to upload. But she runs! Idles at like 2.5k though atm And i'm still not sure where to run the thermoswitch to, since the wire I'm supposed to splice is definitely on the yellow plug on the stock harness.

jacob, can't thank you enough for helping me sort out the wiring!. Still need to figure out the thermoswitch one and figure out why I can't get the idle lower than 2k, but its getting there!

LOL nice video.

it's "idling" super high because you have a big vacuum leak (if you have the throttle stop screw backed out). you may have missed a vac nipple or two on the LIM (or UIM?).

what turbo and v-mount do you have? vmount looks nice.

Haha, I think my brother (guy at the end of the vid) is almost as excited as I am.

D'OH! I forgot to hook up the brake booster vac line That would be it and why I didn't have brakes when backing it up Got so caught up in the fact that it was running

Turbo is a gt35/40r, and the vmount is custom! Designed/built it in an apartment parking lot haha~ Had a few renditions since that one, but pretty much the same. Used my koyorad with a modified end tank and my old greddy FMIC. Cut the inlet/outlet for the endtanks and just turned them around. Turned out better than I ever expected! Might be some of the shortest IC piping I've seen on the club haha.

Running a 1.06 hot/ .86 cold, precisions are sweet. Good response, good power and make killer noise I'm personally only planning on running about 14-15lbs on mine low boost saves motors! haha

Was triple checking again trying to find that wire for the thermoswitch. 3D is definitely on the connector for the stock harness (16pin) White/blue.

Pic, my finger is on the wire that you suggested I splice for the thermoswitch:

Been looking for it all day lol, I found the blue x-05 plug is supposed to have a wire for the relay but I absolutely cannot find that plug or the wire for the yellow plug

ok i promise there is at least one fan trigger wire on those two ecu body plugs...

ripping those relays out and wiring in a new fan relay is going to be a lot more work than necessary.

Wow that is a nice pic,e lots of contrast. A high res version would make a good wallpaper.

On topic.. This sort of wiring trouble is why I won't even pull my datalogit for a friend to use haha keep it up, the final result will be worth it!
