In response to several PMs, here is a picture of the GTX4294R kit installed on A-Specs test fixture with 4" downpipe. It fits perfectly in my engine bay. Complete exhaust is 4" SS with 5" outlet.

After 4 years of building the vehicle, yes my plans are to 1/4-mile at a few local drag strips this summer. I've driven the vehicle 1k-2k miles each summer while building to the current state. Its been very street-able and lots of fun.

I took advance of the great weather in Michigan over the weekend and took out the FD from storage. First tasks are to replace the Xcessive oil pan o-ring seal which leaked after only a few runs, install additional heat shield material on firewall, install new turbo/LIM heat shield fabricated over the Winter, and several other minor adjustments.
I’m also planning to start fabrication of new intercooler inlet and outlet tubes. The current tubes separated at the joints during my last dyno session when holding boost greater than 20 psi. Thicker alum tunes with Wiggins clamps at each joint is the new direction. Glad I have friends in the auto industry with top notch fabrication and welding talent.
Thanks all for viewing.

For those who PM'd, I won't decide on when to sell the FC shown in the attached pictures until June. I'll post for sale on this forum and likely also Ebay if not sold locally.
Thanks for your interest. It's an awesome low milage vehicle in near perfect showroom condition.

2012 End of Summer Updates
Here are some new pictures showing the refinements complete this summer.
Haltech PS1000 is a big improvement over my old E6K. The PS1000 completely eliminated secondary hesitation I've been struggling with for 4 years.
Car is running stronger than ever. My only issue now is traction; P275/35R18s can’t hold in 1st, 2nd, 3rd gear even at relatively low 16 psi boost.
Still experimenting with AI nozzle size, currently running 10 GPH (630 ml/min).
Spent more time driving this summer than the past 4 summers combined. Car is a handful – and I won’t have it any other way.

I was surprised at the large improvement with the PS1000 ECU. I no longer see the immediate need to exceed 18 psi given I can't keep the power to the ground thru 3rd gear. Focus now is setting up ECU to vary boost in each gear so when I begin to explore >18 psi it's only in 4th gear.
I'm on the dyno this Friday, so will post results afterwards.
