Hi , no I didn't build it myself . I 3D printed the monitor frame and commissioned a fibreglass guy to build me a housing arround it .

I didn't want to drill into my speaker cover to mount the monitor stand to the dash . So got the speaker cover 3D scanned and printed at work so I can use it as a base for my monitor mount .
3D Scanning the center speaker cover

Raw STL file

Printing the cover

3D printed part on the left . Original on the right .

The 3D printed speaker cover fits like a glove . . I pop riveted it on to the monitor mount so the monitor mounts properly without ruining the dashboard .

Decided I will go back to pop up headlights again . Just waiting for my Sonar clear glass headlights to arrive . My old lenses are dull and brittle that's why I chucked them . Has anyone used the sonar headlights and can tell me if they provide better lighting than the stock crap lenses ?

Anything but projectors that are properly aligned will give you shitty lighting. Those may be brighter but you will blind on coming traffic. I'm sure you have the means, so you can retrofit projectors in there like how Sakebomb did. I did this years ago as well

Lights arrived this morning . I did not put HID lights in , went with some quality H4 lamps (Osram Nightbreaker ) . Also aligned my fenders better to the bumper ( not perfect but a lot better than previously) . Hopefully gonna get the carbon fibre headlight covers in 2 weeks and find time to aim the lights properly at a shop with a tester .If I am still not happy I will put projectors in .

Finally got my Power FC mapped . The power climbs still past 7000 and the map is super smooth . HKS T04E at 0.9 kg/cm2 with very conseravative timing at 1400 meters above sea level and 95 pump fuel . 325 hp and 340 nm on the wheels . Plenty space for more power .
