Its a rarity to see an RX-7 in NH. I had one back in 2000-2006 when I lived in Stratham NH.
Was a black car with white wheels. I was working at NTB in Newington. Maybe you remember the car..

There was a guy who had a little shop in Rochester. He was hand making carbon fiber parts back then.
