Thumbs up to Banzai Racing

Just wanted to say I have never received a personal Christmas card from a company...with real signatures and not computer printed. Banzai is the first!!!

I second your thumbs up. I screwed up an order online for a pulley kit. They remembered me from a call I made with questions and caught my mistake and sent me the corrected item. I had already paid the lower price and instead of charging me again they gave me the more expensive full pulley for the lower price. Which was my mistake to begin with. Great customer service!
