Banzai Racing Instruction PROBLEMS

I'm just going to start out by saying that there supplied instructions suck @ss. There products are simply amazing but the same can not be said for the instructions to install said products. I've been trying to make sense of the Power FC conversion kit instructions for an 86-88 FC for the past three days and alll I can say is wow. They explain things like you should already known exactly what you're doing. But then again, if you knew what you were doing then why would you read the f*cking instructions in the first place! The main problem I've had, and Banzai if you would help that'd be great is that it says to snip the yellow and grey wires from both assemblies. Then 3 steps later it says to solder them together at the 4 pin connector. If I've already removed them from both of the Coil pack w/ igniter assembly why would I solder them together? Do they need to be connected? On assembly #1 or #2. It leaves so many questions unanswered. The instructions are very unclear. The entire instruction list never goes into any real depth on anything leaving you wondering what they're talking about half of the time. I still don't know what or where wire 3F is and I'm supposed to splice the FRT wire into it. Maybe I'd know if the instructions actually explained where the wire is or what it goes to but apparently that's too much to ask.

And which one is Ignitor # 1 And which one is Ignitor #2? Ignitor #2 the one I had to hacksaw the legs off of? It never tells.

Over 500 people have followed the instructions without any PROBLEMS, our instructions are literally step by step with PICTURES, if you have a problem understanding them, then I strongly suggest that you have someone else do it for you. There are even a bunch of Haltech owners that use our coil modification how-to for their Haltech installs.

It is recommended that you have a good general working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in order to complete this installation correctly. Check and double-check everything thoroughly before attempting to start the vehicle. Failure to follow instructions can result in engine damage. Our recommendation is that you have engine management system and components professionally installed.

If you can't tell by looking at the pictures that the igniters are mounted together, I do not know how to help you FC Coil Installation How To

It is simple, start with step 1. There are no questions unanswered, you do not need to know why a wire is connected, just assemble it like it shows and the instructions state.

Yellow and grey soldered together on the 4 pin connector and the wires were removed from the igniter assembly. Picture is directly above the words on the instructions.

Okay, I got everything figured out. You have great products but the instructions are hard to understand at least for me they are. I was frustrated last night is all. You never clarify which ignitor is #1 or #2 and I ended up doing the ignitor #2 stuff to the #1 ignitor and things just went to sh*t. I've got everything figured out but the FRT to 3F wire thing. I looked on the adapter but there's no wire labeled 3F on the adapter. Please just help so I can get my car running. Thank you.

It is very clear to everyone but you, since the instructions state igniter #2. The instructions also clearly state to email tech with any questions.

3F is labeled, if it is not then you removed it. Download the FD pinout, find 3F.
