I was contacted by him because I was looking for a trans. Does he still have selling rights on this site? All the outstanding problems in this thread seem to be taken care of, but I would like a go or no go from a mod so I don't buy from a banned seller.

His selling privileges have been restored per these guidelines.
Guidelines.
You may post a FS thread with 1 item in it only and sell only 1 item at a time. Once that item is sold and that member posts feedback in the Good guy forum then you may start another thread with 1 item until I see that all of the members are posting positive feedback.
All questions that may arise for the item that you are selling must be answered in that thread. When the item is sold then state so in that thread.
Shipping.
You need to tell the member when you are shipping and provide them with a tracking number. Tracking numbers and insurance is automatic for most shippers except USPS. If you ship out via USPS then you are to purchase delivery confirmation and insurance for that item and supply the confirmation number to the member.
Packages are not to be shipped out no later than 2-3 days after receiving an instant payment from paypal.
If the pay with an e-check through paypal then once it clears it should be shipped no more than 2 days after that time. Same thing if they send you a money order.

WhiteRabbit is at it again. No responds, I payed on the 25th. I have asked him several time's if he has shipped the item or not. But like always no responds.
