i'll take the warning as i am involved in the unshipped rotor housing scam which the thread has been closed...point on the adress ishe live is niota i shipped parts to niota to him and if you track the rotorhousings they go to...yes you guessed niota..rx7-doctor is on this as well..he most likely shipped them to his moms house to provide a tracking number

MODS why don't you force upon the seller to take responsibility of his action? THis is total BS for letting this punk take my money for an e6k that he supposely sold me and now turn around looking for one? As of now I'm going to escalate the dispute and file fraud charges against the POS.

Members that got scammed by this guy please let me know cause I'm going to file a fraud charges against him. I contacted my local PD and he told me to get information to whom he scammed. The PD is going to forward the stuff to his local PD and hopefully they'll give him a visit. PM me your info and proves you've been scammed by him.

 

Well, I got a detective looking in this case. I'll keep update.

 

I guess I'll go all out with the charges I have my local PD hold until he refund me? Good luck running away from the law for the rest of your miserable life.

 

hey james you may want ot hold off...i got the rotor housings today...i see what happened..he had the label mixed up..i had the riht label on top and i cut it off to see what was under it and there was another one with my name and adress at the top of the label and his in the center backwards.also thee was a scan label from june 30 for 12.17 then aoterh for juy 25 for 0....it seems legit to me unless im missng something i contacted him i iwll keep you posted also that explains why the shipping was so cheap to

Well I'm tired of waiting, got my local PD involve in this case also. I hope they catch this ****** and let see how he feel when the law catch up to him. I hope he tells his mom what going on cause I told the PD that her address is use for scamming.
