I bought an Haltech E6K from him and he claim it was shipped to the wrong address. Since than he never reply to my pm. I know he has been on the forum today. I don't want the Haltech just refund my money.
Like that's an excuse. Hope you get your money back.

yeah i had an issue with him too, bought a drivers side seatbelt, took over a month to get it only to find out it was the passenger side...

i have not been on now is the first time and i just responded to everyone. and i sent 2 packages at the same time from the same office and had tracking numbers for both i cant find the e6k but the other guy asked for his and i sent it to him awhile back and the package is lost and went to the wrong address. and the good ole usps has no idea where they are because they dont seem to like scanning packages for people who only pay 70 cents for a tracking number...
same old story i know but i dont get payed till friday and there is nothing i can do about it if u escalate the paypal dispute maybe u will get it faster since they seem to be able to put my account in the negative . but those are the only 2 options i can offer u. if u want to try another route then be my guess but theres nothing really else that i can think of that i could do.

Its not USPS fault its probably yours. I've once shipped 40+ packages at once through the post office and there wasnt one mistake. If YOU put the labels on and YOU bring it to the post office YOU are at fault. Its not hard to make a label, put it on the box, and use the automated machine at the post office, I watched a 5 year old girl use it once.

umm no actually it has nothing to do with me .. when the address it was labled to goto was very clear and easily read. and the town that it went to has absolutly nothing to do with me or the reciever of the package. and even if i didnt write the wrong address down which isint even a possiblity they should have in no way gone where they went.
and im sure u live in a city or a large town .. i live in a little town where the usps is a piece of **** the only reason i used them is because this never happened before at most they were late

a little communication goes a long way.
and i have had my fair share of runaround from the post office.
they are just as crappy as ups or fed ex.
but i always send the tracking# with anything i ship.
its just good customer service.

Why people decide to spend the money they get selling parts before the buyer receives the item is beyond me. This guy should not have to wait until you get payed. For that fact alone it is YOUR fault sandiego.
im not sticking up for anyone but i had ups dropp off a box of parts from summit that was over $2500 to some random house because they couldnt find mine. i live in the country luckly the dude who got the package knows me long story short i got $2500 of free parts

myturbo88 try to sale me an automatic bell housing, luckly I saw the gg/bg thread made about him. I got 3 people within a week apart trying to rip me off. Is gas getting too high or did price on crack went up?

I had a similiar issue with an item I sold, ie item shipped to the wrong address. It was something small , I dont even remember what. But I ended up shipping it via USPS like I always do and for whatever reason decided not to delivery confirmation even though I always get it. Needless to say after a week or so the seller contacted me stating he had not recieved the item. I scanned my copy of the USPS receipt as proof that it was in fact sent and went to inquire at the post office.
The gay thing about USPS is if you do not get thier delivery confirmation then they will not do a trace on the package until 21 days has past. I told the seller I would go and inquire on the 21st day and he would let me know if it came before that. Ofcourse on the 20's day I came home to see the package I had sent out sitting back at my house, the address was legible and correct down to the t. But on the package it stated "shipped to the wrong address" or something along the lines of that specific person does not live here. Both the buyer and I were unsure of why.
Regardless he paypaled a few more bucks and I resent the package to the same damn adress now with delivery confirmation, he also spoke with his mail man to make sure he knew who was living there eventhough he had recieved packages at that address before. It is a crime to request a illegit refund from paypal while you are trying to sell an item on an auction site... If an item were to arrive at my place for me to verify and inspect, then that would entitle someone to an exchange or refund... My cell phone is on 24/7 and I have only refused to communicate with people granting enmity and deception!
