Well as some of you know that follow this section of the forum, ive been screwed over. We negotiated the deal on August 5th, I sent him the money order around the 7th or so. Here is the PM he sent me on the 16th of August

ya i got it sat but didn't get it cashed till wed, and i had to open a bank account and wait for it to clear. they be shipped asap


Its been many many days since that PM was sent to me. Since ive sent prolly 4 or 5 PM's to him since. Not to mention emailing him once, and calling him twice. Anyways, where is my Clutch and Dual Belt Alternator? If nothing comes of this or any of my other attempts to reach Luke_Tech, then i will be forced to file for a refund of the money order, as well as filing a criminal complaint. Please do the right thing and do one of two things......

1) Send me my parts, (the most desireable outcome)

2) Keep silent, in which case i will get a full refund and file a criminal complaint (really dont wanna go through all this hastle)

3) Refund my full money so that i can live and learn and move on

The ball is in your court (figuratively not literally at this point) PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING! If not i will follow your every recent post until i get a response.

ya know whats wierd? He hasnt signed in since the 29th....I think theres a reason....

 

why did you send a MO? do you not have Paypal or did he suggest it?

 

because i dont have a credit card, nor do i want to have bank info sent through paypal. Not to mention they pissed me off when i tried to open on a few years ago. I do however still have the money order receipt.

 

who did you get the MO through? if USPS, you can notify the Postal Police, yes they do exist, and they will investigate it further. you can also go to USPS.com and search using the MO#, you can see if it was cashed.

Yea it was through the post office, and i have already checked the numbers up and everything, and he has indeed cashed my money order. He even told me that he cashed it. It turns out that some one else had the same problem with Luke_Tech about 10 days after me.

I work for the post office. Call the location you dropped it off to, ask to speak to the station manager and inform her you would like the postal inspectors to get involved in a faulty transaction. She/he will tell you whats up after that

 

well that funny cause the guy shipping them for me is my best friends dad, who is the post master, you'll get your parts i promise

 

you need to stop making promises and start making trips to the post office, there is simply no escuse for everyone having to chase you down and wait all this time to get you to ship what they paid for. And this is not the first person with this problem, or the only one recently either. You need to get your act together or stop selling parts.

Youre trying to start a parts business, and you act like this? People want THEIR PARTS, not no contact for a month followed by the same old "your parts will be shipped" bit. Fix it, or stop selling.

 

Dont know you Luke_Tech so i wont judge but, what took almost 1 month to get something to the buyer?

 

Luke Tech screwed me out of $150 about a year and a half-ago... Took him 6 months to pay me back. Yaaaa...

 

I bought a throttle body from Luke a few months back, paid via paypal. The throttle body was at my doorstep in less than a week. Sorry to hear you guys had bad experiences with him.
