Purchased ratsnext from Ratjar; had coorespondenance on condition and what it included. Ratjar answered questions to my satisfaction stating the assembly was in good condition. Very slow delivery and when delivered the assembly was completely unusable. Tubes were broken and cut. Solenoids were not all there and on two of what was there the hose barbes were broken off. Confirmed all of the other elements of the assembly were to be included before transaction like vacuum and pressure tanks, check valves, etc. None came with the delivery.

Follow on correspondence Ratjar said my money would be returned but he has not sent anything back; has been several weeks. Now won't even answer PM's or his personal Email.

lets put paypal down for a minute. It isnt THEIR responsibility to handle your business, it's yours.

Besides that, you know full well that as long as a box was received, paypal wont do anything to help your buyer anyways--you could send an empty box, and as long as you can show that you sent a box, paypal closes the dispute. So, do us all a favor and snap back to some reality here.

Bottom line--YOU advertised the rats nest. YOU represented it to be in a certain condition to the buyer. That makes you--and ONLY you--legally responsible if the part isnt what you claimed it was.

Now, it's a friggin rat's nest. You have found the money to get an FD and have a single converstion done, so stop crying and send the guy back his $60 already.

There is no need to send him pm's about anything. Go to your paypal account to the transaction and hit refund. It's THAT simple. Please stop dancing around the issue this is ridiculous either you are avoiding refunding the $ or don't know how to use paypal.

 

I know how to use paypal just fine. he asked when id have the cash and i replied. so... beats me. ill have it when i told him i would, and hell have it when i told him. Id assume he would have to post soemthing saying i sent it
