11-19-07, 04:59 PM : Responds with "it has been shipped out, i left the recipt in the office ill get it for you 2moro afternoon

"

I never get a response, I am swampped with work and with the thanksgiving holiday, I push it to the back burner.

11-26-07, 10:10 AM : Sent another Pm requestins status and Tracking information

I see that he hasnt been on the boards, So I send an email to his paypal address and an address I found in one of his threads on either Monday or Tuesday ( I dont remember).

I get a email back on Thursday 11-29-07 11:55AM
"Mailed via FedEx 04508810038055. Should be there by Wednesday."

I was told it was already shipped on the 19th. I am a very patient person but I dont like being lied to.
Put in my Paypal Dispute this morning and as of posting this thread, that tracking number doesnt exist

I have bought and sold from many people here with good transactions so I dont think I am very off base with this one. Watch out for this guy

Just checked my email, the tracking number he first gave me was wrong. The new tracking # shows I got something coming to my city with an Estimated delivery date of December 6, shipped out date was just yesterday.

I guess we will see next Thursday.

I love it when people who have nothing to do with situations jump right in the mix and all of a sudden know exactly what iam doing haha...kingofroy...was my blackbery email not enough??? Rarely do I check these forums, and all you would ned 2 do is a quick search to see the years and years of business I've done on this site, without ever scaming any1.........we've been pm'ing back and fourth..you have a tracking number that shows the package is coming to your house and STILL I SAID IF YOUR UNHAPPY ILL OFFER YOU A REFUND RIGHT AWAY.(as noted in the paypal claim) TO WHICH YOU DECLINED!!!! But then come on rx7club and say iam a bad seller!! Lols so in front of every1 ill offer it again IF YOUR UNHAPPY IN THE LEAST BIT AND DON'T FEEL LIKE WAITING EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, SAY THE WORD AND ULL HAVE A REFUND...And when the package comes just kindly mail it back to me problem solved fyi iam not typing in caps to show anger, iam typing to make it clear, good sellers offer resolutions and that's exactly what I've done with you in numerous pm's and emails......
Great call on the scam though jbust, iam definitly gonna scam him over 150bucks(basically 100bucks since shipping was 50something) when I've done business on the site well into the thousands.........
Smart huh?

Showoff.

It does not matter how many transactions or how much money you have done here.
This is the same problem that I see over and over again that puts the buyer at an alert status or very uneasy about the transaction.

The buyer followed up and requested a tracking number on the 19th. Something that you should of followed up with to give the buyer some assurance.

Then you tell him that it has been shipped on the 19th. Then on the buyer has to contact you again on the 26th, then you state on the 29th that he has been shipped out. That's 10 days after you stated that it was already shipped out.
He paid for the product on the 15th and you acknowledge this.
2 weeks is a unacceptable amount of time to take to ship product.

Buyers should not have to constantly remind sellers of their responsibility to make the transaction as smooth and pleasant as possible.
I am going to be drawing up a amended set of rules for all sellers to follow and submit them to Admin that address this reoccurring issues that we constantly are having.

Rx7 doc we've been emailing (me andkingofroy) back and fourth, I made him aware of everything, and the exact reason I told him the item was shipped, I did everything I could do which is apologize...and offer a refund even though the item had been shipped...that's what's vendors do, when's there's a problem...they do everything in there power 2 re-solve it, which is what I've done...he has every right to be alert, as I would be also...I just found it funny that someone that wasn't involved in the situation at all and had no knowledge of the communication me and the seller had..... came to the conclusion that I was waiting for the 45days to be up so I can scam him for 150bucks lol

DJ.

The reason that member probably made that statement is because of the stalling tactic that actual scammers use to put the buyer past the paypal filing time. Since there has been a lot of problems on this Club with that I can see how members jump to that conclusion.

I appreciate that you came on and took care of things and explained.
My statement about time factors is just informing you and others why these misunderstandings occur.
Communication and follow up and through is essential in this matters.

Thanks again for clarifying.
Doc.
