mikwon is a scam

i sent him payment for a profec b.
he said he shipped it in august, and i haven't received it yet.

his wife said he is in iraq, and i filled a complaint with paypal and she was quick to respond to me saying it was going to go out.

It was shipped before to me, but got declined at the border, now it is back in his possession.

Long story short, i filled a complaint with paypal and she provided a false tracking #.

This guy is rediculous, he needs to get his priorities straight.

Why doesn't this board have some type of feedback rating like other forums, where they have the # of positive transactions below the usernames, and people who have sold shaddy items should be banned from the f.s section until a claim is resolved?

i've lost over 700usd on this forum, and i thing there are ways this community can help to mitigate the risk of buying online

Enough ranting, mikwon i want my money back.

I bought some parts from him and although communication could have been better, I got my parts. Hopefully it's just a mix-up, and your stuff's on it's way.

this is the last msg i got.
his wife is communication with me.

"here's the deal, i'm not resending this thing. I was waiting for paypal's response but this just needs to end so i'll refund you 80$ but not 100 because it cost me 20 bucks to to send the thing and you on your own accout sent it back so your out shipping and if you have a problem with that you can take it up with paypal and i'd be happy to explain to them the situation. "

i think i'm entitled to the full amount.

Mikwon's not a scam

hey i'd just like to say that the guy who is posting stuff about mikewon not sending him his stuff is lying. The guys in Iraq. The stuff was sent, but got stuck at custums and sent back for whatever reason and now he wants me to pay agian for shipping so i told him i'd give him his money back (minus shipping) and cut all our losses and now he's posting crap and mikwons not even here to defend himself.

he's not trying to scam anyone, the guys in Iraq right now. The guy who's pissed off at him had us ship something to him and didn't want to pay at customes and it got sent back so i told him instead of resending it and paying agian to ship it i'd just refund his money (minus shipping) and call it a day. I don't know what my husband would of done but this is his thing not mine and I never talk to him so i'm doing the best I can. I'd really appreciate if no one made judgements till he's here to defend himself.

Do you have a copy of something that states that the package was refused by the buyer?

And people whine when I flatly refuse to ship internationally or to PR. Customs blows goats. Shipments are slow or stopped altogether, items are returned to the shipper, damage is frequent, whiny buyers are a given. It's not worthwhile to fool with it.

and Canadian customs is the worst... Half the stuff I sent in the past to Canada had major customs/postal delays or got lost all together. What a F'd up country to ship too.
