TOOSHORT 88 Bad Seller
TOOSHORT 88 Bad Seller
Purchased a "Mint S5 rotor" from TOOSHORT 88 from the thread below. Rotor was packed appropriately and received promptly. Rotor condition though was not in advertised "Mint" condition. Contacted TOOSLOW 88 about the rotor's condition and asked for a refund and would ship on my own dime. Was given the following response:
I don' see the problem as this is a used rotor and all the seals fit in they slots unfortunately i cannot refund you for a used rotor because u are u happy with some minor pitting in where the oil control ring springs seat. . The rotor will function as intended as long as u clearance the apex seals to spec.
Basically told him he advertised this rotor as mint, Not in a barely usable condition.
Not sure what my options are at this point but I paid with PayPal so I may try and do a chargeback?

Well, this is an easy fix.
TooShort_88, your time posting in the classifieds is also too short. That engine rotor is pretty far from mint.
If you want to continue posting on this website, issue fritts a refund and take your 'ok' condition rotor back. Not much else to say----

Wow guess I didn't see all that carbon and gouging my bad, I will issue fritts a refund as soon as I receive the rotor no problem..In the feature fritts you should ask for pics b4 placing an order regardless what the seller says condition is in.
An honest seller would have sent detailed pics up front for their own insurance and the buyer's confidence in the item they're getting.
My apologies, will use this experience to learn from in the feature. Detailed pics are a must for buyer and seller 100% agree on that. Again my apologies wrongfully listing incorrect information/ condition of the rotor.
no one can look at that rotor from half a mile away and call it mint unless they were legally blind.
your morals are highly suspect.
