make the long story short.

sold him a set of TE37 wheels last Aug 2009, which i posted online here, with pictures spec and damaged, he knows what he's getting. First he stopped the paypal payment becuase shipping delay, then once i summit tracking number from Fedex, which only took fedex couple days to ship it and arrived, he closed dispute . After 2 months, he did visa chargedback so paypal took $1400 off my accont again since his visa is connected to his paypal and that's how he paid. Then open case for 5 months, which i summit all the info, but paypal told me once its a visa chargedback, it's visa company's right to do whatever. After 5 months chargedback case close, bascially i lost $1400, i knew visa usually protect their customer. I called visa company myself , asking rules of chargedback, which they told me, either customer didn't receieve the item, or item not as described but customer will also need to ship back the item, which on my case, he got the money and he got my set of wheel. I called him after the case was close during december 2009, he said it straight up to me, "sorry i wont return your wheels and i wont paypal you money, you can have someone and come and talk to me if you want"

I'm still working on the case through somewhere else, since paypal is useless when it comes to these type of case.

go find him with a hammer in hand and use it on his face.

you should go against paypal/visa because they did the charge back without real backed up information. its like u file against a seller for non-receipt while you received the item

By now, I would think that people know better than to post something like this. We are here to RESOLVE the issue, not to encourage a felony. And before you say that youre only saying it, you would be surprised at how many times someone does something like that and then tries to blame it on what someone else said on teh intarwebs. Let's use a little common sense, please, and focus on resolving the issue, not creating new ones.

I sent him a PM inviting him to address the issue here. We'll give him the chance to respond and then see how we can resolve this.

Exclamation

First of all, let me thank you Roller for letting me know about these accusations.

J- I have read your statements, and let me make you aware of some information that you should know before continuing with your ridiculous account of the events. Defamation and libel are defined as a false statement that injures someone's reputation and exposes them to public contempt, hatred, ridicule or condemnation. Assure yourself that if you continue your pursuit to falsely accuse me of a crime, that I will bury you in a defamation lawsuit.

The bottom line is:

Do not attempt to scam anyone, do not be dishonest, and when someone tries for months to communicate with you to solve some issues- respond. A full investigation has already been carried out- with supporting evidence from both of us and you were found to be in the wrong.
