I got an s4 t2 motor from rotaryhog (BIJAN) in Montebello, in a trade a while back, he claimed it was running, had a stuck seal,needless to say it was junk. I gave him a second chance on another eng, s5 na,only this time I had him take it apart for me, irons were toast, it was ok though, I only needed the Rotors and housings. But yes, I hear bad stuff of Hector. They're all friends. I would rather deal with BIJAN though. His cl. ads also say commerce.

Another Scam Event by Hector
A friend of mine bought a RX3 Station Wagon from Hector in the city of Bell back in April of this year. Friend said he had some really nice cars; Turbocharged SA RX7, RX2 and REPU
So on with the drama:
The story he tells my friend was he drove the car from the desert where he bought it and the car ran great to Bell.
I find that hard to believe after looking at it when my friend towed it home - gas tank was rust rotted inside, no exhaust, shitty tires, radiator was bone dry etc.
So my friend goes to the DMV to register it and turned out there were $670 in registration back fees that Hector just conveniently forgot to mention. Hector told my friend that the registration and title was cool and it was under a non-op. To add fuel to the fire there were parts on the wagon that were missing when he went to pick it up. My friend tries to make phone contact with him and the calls went ignored.
Just this week my buddy was scouring EBAY to find parts for the RX3 Wagon and low and behold "HOOKS ROTARY" is selling RX3 Wagon parts at outrageous prices!!!
- his comments in the item description stated " these were extra parts for my RX3 Wagon that I just sold"
The word on the street is that this dude is being investigated by the Bell PD...for what? I have no idea. Maybe his fraudulent ways are catching up to him maybe?

Yes, I was ripped-off by this "Hector" in Bell, also.
He sold me wheels, supposedly 4x110, but they were actually 4x108.
Refused to answer my calls afterward. I live in San Diego, so it is a long drive to get back there.

first off no one ever told your so called buddy that I drove the wagon anywhere , second no one ever told your friend that the the registration was up to date , the damn wagon was last registered 1994 , so that was half of its life just sitting , third your buddy didn't pay $670 registration , he only paid $48 to register it in his name , he him self told me on april 30th ....
he even contacted me on may 2nd to find out specs on some wheels , contacted me again on jun 15 to see if i was willing to swap him one of my motor set ups for some rx8 motor setup that he had , he contacted me again on sep. 9 to ask me if the motor i gave him was a bridge port because it sounded really healthy ...
so for you to try and sit behind your little key board and type your bullshit lies , is just to try and fit in with the rest of the hatters .....
as for the ebay comment you can save those because he him self bought a center console for $100 with the end piece , and again he contacted me when he received it and left good feed back ....
I my self told him that the gas tank needed to be flushed or cleaned out the damn thing was sitting for 17 years , what do you expect ....
i even gave you buddy extra parts like 2 sets of taillights 1 us model and 1 australian version , 2 sets of door panels one set that came with wagon beat up (white) and a super clean set (black) that I bought off a fellow rotorhead , a gas cap that the wagon was missing ... . in fact I even offered him a stock exhaust that I had sitting on the side of the wagon ...
so don't know where the hell you are getting your information from , guess you thought I wouldn't see this .... I don't come on here much , but I have eye and ears everywhere .....
