FC_EDDIE once again
So, i was REALLY trying to avoid making a bad guy thread.
back in dec/jan eddie had a clutch/flywheel combo for sale on here, being someone that i talk to occasionally, i bought it from him when i was down in LA in the beginning of january.
The day he went to drop off the clutch at battlecats house, which is where i was staying, he calls me and said the shop the clutch was at broke the clutch disk, and that he would get a new disk for it no problems and get that to me within the month.
I am a pretty laid back guy, and still wanted the flywheel/clutch setup for the engine that im building.
he shows up 4 hours later than he said he would, and hands me the pressure plate/flywheel and tells me in front of battlecat that he was going to get me a new clutch.
one thing that i have learned about eddie is that its always 1 excuse or another. ive had a number of transactions with eddie, and every single one of them has been painful, most parts i had to pick up from him at 7stock.
6 months later, i am STILL waiting for eddie to send the clutch.
its been me bugging him every day for the last 2 months about the clutch, saying "oh, the company made the wrong clutch, have to wait" "the company is screwing me, have to wait" and NOW its "the clutch is being shipped to me" but i have YET to hear from him.
at this point, he still owes me the clutch disk, since i refuse to buy a new clutch disk for anther 250 AFTER i bought the combo from him with him saying he would get me a new disk.
EDDIE, you have 1 week to get me the disk and i will let this whole thing go. I will NEVER do business with you, i am cutting all ties, and all the guys in norcal have been warned about you, and also refuse to do business with you.
RETURN A TEXT, RETURN A MESSAGE, and stop ignoring me. enough with the excuses, if you cant take time to ship parts and deal with customers, STOP SELLING PARTS, easy enough.

Kinda odd coz i get my clutches (rx and non-rx) from Alex at Action Clutch and usually its done in 1/2 a day or so since clutches/pressure plates are done in-house. Im just saying my experience with action clutch in the past 10 years

he is telling me he decided to keep the disk and only wants to refund me 100, when it costs 250 for a new disk.
can someone please do something about this.........

gotta love these broke *** guys who have your money spent the second they have it in their hand... hopefully he coughs up, otherwise i fortell a permaban in his near future from here.
it's not that far, maybe 300.. i drove that road many times and know it's only 500 from vegas to SF.

Look, chief--we dont get paid to run this forum. And I go well beyond what the TOS requires here. I have my own business, a wife and children, I play in a band, etc etc etc. On top of it all, there are delays from dealing with law enforcement. If you are not willing to wait, then you are always free to handle it yourself. As it stands now, youre getting help from the people who do more to help the members of the forum than you will find on any forum, and youre getting it free of charge. I'm more than happy to help, but if you think you can do better, then by all means, dont let me stop you......
