Is this the same Gary who used to live by USC, possibly Black or Puerto Rican with a tatoo of of lips on his neck? If so, that dude tried to rip me off way back in the days when I just bought my FD, about 12 years ago and I didn't know any better. I was smart enough to take my car back after 2 days and paid him $140 "diagnostic fee". He was not happy that I took my FD prematurely.

If this is the person, he used to do all of his work on the side of his house.
