Short story. Well I bought these from this guy on 11/23. He said he knew a friend that had a shipping company and was going to ship it threw him. Well they never came he said that the truck broke down and the fenders where heading back to him. Well after many unanswered pm, text and even had to fake a AZ phone(google voice) for him to pick up then phone. He text me that he got the fenders back last Thursday, and told me he was going to ship it on friday because it was his day off. Now it's monday and nothing, no tracking. I saw him here posting and checking his PMs and sign off real quick after I send him a PM. So that's why I'm writing this now.

Excuse me Mr Fredox19. I do not appreciate you slandering my fiance's name over the forum. I made this thread in hopes it would help him out with the issue's going on.
I will not discuss the current situation that he is in with the local authorities here in AZ. Your fenders are here at our residence, and will not be shipped period. You will be receiving a refund and you are to stop this harassment. My fiance is a man of his word and things aren't going well with him. Because you are impatient and cannot understand several directions I have heard him tell you and from what I have seen him message you, the more this continues the longer he will ignore you. If you must take legal action by all means go ahead. There are issues by far more important that these fenders you were to receive. Thank you and have a nice day.

I am not slandering your fiance's name. He gave me his word that he would send me the shipping information, which i have yet to receive. At this present time he has not contacted me regarding his situation, so I have no idea what is going on. I am a very flexible and understanding person. To simplify matters on your end, you can refund me the amount paid.

So much for your fiance being a "man of his word", how about him being one of action and making this right? This kind of stuff just pisses me off. What happened to doing the right thing regardless of the situation?
And finally, now that you point out he is in trouble with authorities in AZ, I wouldn't hesitate to get in touch with them to update them on this transaction. As I see it, if you don't get your money back or the fenders, this will be another crime the fiancee will have to pay for.

Well I'm going to give him till the Dec. 27 to give me the refund, before I take legal action. The worst part of all, I was going to buy these fender from an ebay store for $250shipped and I got from him for $225 shipped. I really didn't buy from him because it was cheaper, but he needed some money to send his haltec to get repair. Since I've had good experience in buy and selling from forum members here, I said what the heck let me help a fellow rx7 owner out. Big mistake, it's the last time I doing something like this again.

Also to the OP: MOST people on this forum do good business. I only buy parts from people with a good itrader score or if they are local.

Thanks, do you know this guy personally? Do you what his deal is? I had his phone # already but he is avoiding my calls, that's why I had to fake a AZ# threw google voice for him to pick up the phone.

he ripped me off for $400, and is now threatening to beat me up over me exposing his true feelings towards a certain person here in az. i dont stand for trashing people behind their backs and playing best friends to their face.

I was debating on posting in this thread and after reading everything i guess i will post my situation with this member that is going on now. The situation is unresolved, so the outcome can either help or hurt how people view this member.
A little over a month ago he contacted me about an ECU i was selling. We agreed on a price ($350+shipping) and he told me he would send over paypal in a day or two. I got a pm 2 days later with his phone number, asking me to give him a call. He says that someone was suppossed to paypal him and they never did so he only had $320 bucks. He also said that he was leaving town at the end of the following week and he needed me to get the ECU there ASAP. Even though i should know better by now, i sent the ECU 2 day air so it would get to him in plenty of time. It cost $50 bucks to ship + the $30 he already owed me. So I told him he owed me $80 and he said he would send it in about 2 weeks once he got moved.
2 weeks went by and I didnt hear anything, so i sent him a pm which he did not respond to. At the beginning of this week i sent him another pm and he responded saying that it cost him more to move than he thought and that he would send me the money in about 2 weeks once he got going with his new job. I said that was fine and just to stay in contact with me.
Then i got a text from his fiance saying that he was involved in something with the local authorities in AZ and that she would be sending me the money he owed me. I said that it was not a huge rush and to send it when they had it. She told me it would be sometime after christmas/new years, which i said was fine.
So i guess I will update this thread when i hear anything. If i dont see the money then it will confirm what some already think of him. If i do see the money then maybe he is not as bad as some think. Only time will tell.

Well that completely sucks Austin. I've been screwed over before, but it's the WORST when you go well out of your way to help someone out and then they take advantage of you.
I now ONLY go out of my way to help a few forum members that I completely trust. Otherwise, I'll just pass on the offers. I'd rather lose a sale than be ripped off
