Yea that's not cool. I'd ask for the fees as well from him.

What a dingdong. If he would have simply selected "refund", no one would lose any money in fees. Maybe call PayPal?

 

I agree totally.
You may not think that Paypal will help BUT I have encountered a couple wild transactions and I PHONED Paypal..(email does squat)..
You talk with a REAL person and explain what is going on and they can usually rectify the situation.
My last Bad Transaction was a payment that they took out of my bank and there was insufficient funds.I Phoned them and asked them to change it but they said it went through.
Well I got Dinged a NSF and I phoned them again!
I got my Fees Back and they were in USD not Canadian!...so I actually Made Money by phoning them!

So today i received the steering wheel , seller sent me a note explaining the situation. I need to found out how to change the negative feedback i left him

 

I have went into his ITrader and deleted your Feedback so it no longer shows.
