i been waiting my ECU from Rx72c.
but he never reply my e-mail,no answer phone,
(i know he's online on rx7 club)

he told me he ship over 2weeks ago. but he never even give me trucking numberWTF????
i was try to calm down & wait..... but it's almost over 1month.
why i have to calm down & wait right???
is he allway's do to everyone like this?????
i'm sick of this game..... i just need my ECU back

 

I seriously suggest you be patient... Maybe there is some language barrier causing issues, maybe not, but the way you are attempting to raise concern is the wrong way...

Sometimes things go wrong in the mail... I just got my ECU back after SIX months over a customs dispute... **** happens... Dont get mad over it.

 

i know i have to be patient.

if he have time to chat to someone.
do first what he have to take care. right?

 

i shipped one like 5 weeks ago and i might receive it 2 weeks from now so.. just relax

I make it mandatory that someone gets a TRACKING NUMBER anytime something is shipped to me OR i ship something out. I can not stand waiting and not knowing if the parts are in movement. I would hate to keep bugging someone just to keep asking whats the deal. A tracking number is damn handy. Just my .02

I dealt with Jon at EFI and the turnaround time is within 3 weeks. I should get my 2 lt16 back from Jon next week. Sorry to hear about your problem, I dealt with rx72c before without any problem I hope he get you taken care of. Lucky I didn't send my ltx12s to him when the igniter when out. I got it back from EFI within 1 month.

this rx72c is really pissed me off.
when i post on here about what he did to me before
he sent my ECU back right away.
he told me he fix everything.
guess what...... it's same turds!
he never even fix my ECU and sent me back.

 

He hasn't been on since 6/24. Lets see what he says when he comes on.

i told microtech about what rx72c did my ecu.
they told me there is nothing fix anything.

everybody careful this butt hole!
he just try to get money not even fix staff!!!
