justin, still haven't heard from you and you will not respond to my emails. i paid you for my strut brace in february and still haven't laid eyes on it. first time you disappeared, you said it was a family emergency and that you would send it asap. that was about 3 or 4 months ago and now you are just completely ignoring me. do i need to file a complaint with the police department and the internet fraud division to get my part or my money back? it seems simple enough to just go out the your shed, pick up the strut brace and send it to me. i still havent left you a bad feedback rating as i have given you the benefit of the doubt over and over again, but if i do not hear back from you, i will be forced to do that.

Any other people have issues with Rowtareh? post your experience, let's try to get him to fix his unresolved conflicts. thanks

I was able to get the carb cleaner from him back when he started answering pm's again after the thread was closed. He said he wasn't on the computer very much to answer pm's or IM's.

 

After the family thing I was contacted by him and he shipped out the stuff I bought from him.

I hope all this gets taken care of.

 

He still owes 2 members items and has been issued a temp ban until he takes care of these matters.

 

Now, I hate to butt-in, but how can someone resolve these things when they are banned?

 

They have each others emails if they used paypal.

 

I bought a few parts from him back in the begining of the year. Know 8 months later and still no parts or refund. I'm glad he's banned and not a moderator anymore but I still wish I could do more to get a refund. Paypal is a f""ing joke and if you don't buy it from ebay your a **** out of luck.

 

Yes he's banned know but his last post was in the begining of this month and he had well enough time to resolve his deals with us. I've been patient for over 6 months and gave him the opportunity to either send a refund or my parts but he kept giving me the B-S runaround . I'm glad he's banned and hope they don't let him back in until he resolves all his deals.
